PC-270 Polyester Epoxy is a hard, high gloss, tile-like finish which has outstanding wash and scrubability. The white and pastel colors are non-yellowing and will provide excellent color stability. PC-270 is USDA approved.

Used in breweries, dairies, meat packing, canning, packaging, poultry, bottling, and most food processing plants. Also used in many institutions such as schools, hospitals, cafeteria, kitchens, and many commercial businesses.

  • MCU-100 - A rust treating Primer with recoat time of 2-4 hours.

MCU-100 Moisture Cured Urethane is a one component, low temperature cure Primer designed to be applied to rusty steel surfaces. MCU-100 is also an excellent aluminum finish coat. Can service 400°F dry heat. Designed for non-blasted steel surfaces, and a quick recoat time. MCU-100 is USDA approved.

  • MCU-104 - A single-component Moisture Cured Zinc Rich Urethane.

MCU-104 is a single-component Moisture Cured Zinc Rich Urethane Primer that provides the maximum corrosion protection to carbon steel surfaces. The high Zinc loading of MCU-104 imparts excellent resistance to rust formation and corrosion undercoating. This product can be applied at low temperatures, even below freezing, and in cold, damp conditions with humidities up to 99%. Ideal for marginally prepared steel surfaces.

MCU-104 Zinc Rich Urethane is used for carbon steel production in a wide variety of industries from chemical plants, pulp and paper mills, utilities to barges, marine structures, waste water treatment facilities, and many other applications.

  • PC-590 - A 100% Solids, Solvent Free, Wet Surface Cure Epoxy.

PC-590 is a "Zero" V.O.C., moisture insensitive Epoxy that can be applied to wet surfaces and under damp or high humidity conditions. PC-590 will, in fact, cure under water. This Epoxy Mastic is self-priming and can be applied 10-15 dry mils in one coat. PC-590 is USDA approved.

Used on wet end of paper machines, cooking towers, marine splash zones, sweating pipes and tanks, to name a few applications.

  • PC-1500 - A Caustic and Acid Resistant Epoxy Novolac

PC-1500 is a 100% solids, solvent free, Epoxy Novolac resin which provides excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and most aromatic and aliphatic solvents. PC-1500 will protect against 93-98% sulfuric acid, 37% HCL, 70% sodium hydroxide. This resin also provides excellent abrasion and impact resistance. PC-1500 can be applied by a roller or a broadcast "seed-in" system on concrete surfaces. PC-1500 is USDA approved.

Used for restoration and protection in secondary containments, trenches, pump pads, sumps, battery rooms, loading docks and other concrete structures subjected to extreme chemical attack.

  • PC-636 - A Low Temperature, Fast Cure Epoxy Mastic

PC-636 is a high build Amine Cured Epoxy that will cure down to 25°F. This fast setting, surface tolerant Epoxy has excellent adhesion to marginally prepared surfaces, and depending on temperature, can be relocated the same day. PC-636 has excellent chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance. PC-636 is USDA approved. Available in most industrial colors.

Used in a wide range of industrial and marine applications on steel and concrete surfaces in applications such as internal linings, paper machines, cooling towers, bridges, concrete floors, clarifiers, to name a few.

  • PC-517 - A High Chemical Resistant Internal Tank Lining

PC-517 is a high solids, high build VOC compliant internal tank lining coat with excellent chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance. PC-517 also makes an excellent secondary containment coating and is used as a glaze coat for floors and walls. PC-517 is USDA approved.

Used as an internal tank lining in a variety of chemical services, for concrete clarifiers, concrete floors and walls, chemical plants, marine installations, pulp and paper mills, to name a few.

  • PC-352 - A CRU Chemical Resistant Polyester Polyurethane Finish.

CT-352 is a two component polyester aliphatic isocyanate polyurethane with excellent chemical resistance, gloss and color retention. This premium coating provides outstanding abrasion and impact resistance. CT-352 produces a tough, wear resistant film with excellent weathering properties.

Used as topcoat for industrial warehouse and production area floors, aircraft hangers, structural steel tanks and vessels which are exposed to strong chemicals.

    NOTE:
Available in a clear, our CT-332 CRU urethane is used to upgrade pigmented epoxies to higher abrasion and impact resistance.

  • PC-1850 - A 100% Solids Pigmented Self-Leveling Epoxy Floor Coat.

PC-1850 Epoxy produces a hard, durable, tile-like high gloss floor finish. Easy to apply by roller or squeegee to 10-15 mils DFT in one coat. PC-1850 is ideal for confined areas where solvent odors are objectionable. Meets all EPA and other air pollution regulations and is USDA approved.

Used in many industrial, food processing, institutional and commercial applications.

    NOTE:
We also make a 100% Solids Clear which is our PC-1800 Clear Epoxy Glaze Coat/Sealer. PC-1800 Clear is also used in color quartz and decorative flooring systems.

  • PC-600 - A Non-Skid Epoxy Floor Coating

PC-600 is a heavy-duty ready to use non-skid epoxy coating that provides a tough, hard, non-skid finish on concrete or steel surfaces. PC-600 helps provide against fresh and salt water, caustics, and most industrial chemicals and solvents. Easy to apply by roller, trowel or squeegee on interior or exterior surfaces.

Used as non-skid for warehouse floors, aisle-ways, parking decks, ramps, tank roofs, marine platforms, bridges, loading docks, steps, production areas, processing areas, garages, to name a few.

  • CF-613 - A 100% Solids Epoxy Mastic Crack Filler

CF-613 is a moisture insensitive, low modulus epoxy mastic paste designed to patch or resurface horizontal, vertical, or overhead cracks or spalled concrete areas. This convenient 1:1 mix can be applied up to 2" thick on vertical surfaces, and has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Cures in the presence of moisture.

Used in waste and chemical clarifiers, cooling towers, sumps, drainage ditches, ramps, pump pads and other concrete structures subjected to extreme chemical attack. Used to patch "bug" holes, build beams and fill badly exposed aggregate surfaces.

  • CF-621 - A Semi-Flexible Epoxy Joint Sealer

CF-621 is a 100% Solids, Self-Leveling Epoxy designed to fill saw cut/control joints and cracks in concrete slabs on grade. Ideal for use with steel wheel and fork lift traffic. CF-621 has up to 100% elongation to help relieve stress from joint movement. Excellent water tight bond to concrete. CF-621 is USDA approved.
